This system aims to provide a transparent and efficient way for citizens and developers to submit and track their applications, contributing to the city's planned development.

This platform allows users to submit applications for land usage changes, access zoning regulations, view required documentation, track application progress, and receive permit notifications. It is designed to simplify the process and improve communication between applicants and the Local Authorities.

The platform is accessible on all devices, including desktops, mobile phones, and tablets. To submit an application, you must be a registered user. Existing users can log in, while new users are required to register before proceeding with their land usage change application.
